HEALTH AND GUARANTEE CONTRACT 

 

 



THIS IS A FINAL PURCHASE FOR ANY PUPPY OR DOG. NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON, UNLESS IT HAS ANY PROBLEMS WHICH ARE SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT BELOW.  (HEALTH GUARANTEE) 

 

Please carefully read the following contract, If you have any questions, please contact me and ask for any clarifications. This contract is to benefit and protect both parts BREEDER & BUYER.

 

The terms and conditions are listed as follows: Guarantee is 1 year from the date of the purchase (Health genetic defect).

 

There are Absolutely No guarantees other than those listed below: To validate this guarantee, buyer must have the above referenced puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, at the buyer’s expense within of 72 hours of the purchase or delivery the puppy, except over a weekend or holiday, there will be an extra day added.  The breeder is not responsible for any expenses occurring once a puppy leaves the breeders possession.  When the puppy is purchased and/or delivered, the puppy is in good health to the best of my knowledge.  If the puppy is being shipped it will be examined by a licensed veterinarian.  Should a Licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatening genetic defect, having been there from birth, the breeder will replace the puppy. The buyer must contact the breeder immediately upon discovery of a genetic defect.  The breeder has up to one year to replace the puppy of the same sex  and value. ( If the breeder can't replace the puppy within one year from the puppy's died a refund of the purchase price will be returned to the buyer.)  The buyer must return the puppy and registration papers to the breeder immediately along with a veterinarian’s letter stating the medical reasons for the return of the puppy.  The return of the puppy will be at the buyer’s expense.  The breeder is not responsible for any expenses on vet bill or transportation costs.  Hypoglycemia is not genetic and can be prevented.  The breeder does not guarantee reproductive ability, color, disposition, or size.  Retained testicles and hernias and ear wax are excluded from this guarantee.  No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, or giardia.  These parasites are all too common in puppies.  Within the 72 hours if the puppy dies, a full autopsy report from a licensed veterinarian and the registration papers need to be sent back to the breeder.  The autopsy will be performed at the buyer’s expense.  Failure to comply with the above mentioned request will void this health guarantee. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppies health and development once the puppy is in there possession.  This contract is void if the puppy is resold.
By signing this agreement you understand and agree to all terms and conditions of this health guarantee.
